At TOIRO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods. If an item doesn't perfectly suit your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unused and in original condition to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
